Privacy Policy

The short version

Free Biodata Maker lets you build a marriage biodata in your browser. The details and photo you enter are kept in your browser's local storage as you work, and are also saved as a draft on our server (keyed to an anonymous device ID) so you can resume later and so we can process a purchase if you choose a paid plan. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

Your biodata details and photo

When you fill in the biodata form (name, date of birth, family details, contact information) and upload a photo, it is stored in your browser's local storage and, as a draft, on our server so your progress isn't lost if you switch devices or come back later. If you purchase a paid plan (Image, PDF, or Word), your biodata data is also linked to your Razorpay transaction so we can verify your purchase and let you re-download your file within the retention window described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. We do not sell or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for anything other than delivering the service you requested.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own privacy and security practices. We store only the transaction ID, plan purchased, and payment status needed to verify your purchase and unlock your download.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and how users found us. These services set cookies and collect standard usage data such as approximate location (city level), device type, browser and pages viewed. This data is aggregated and does not include anything you type into the biodata form. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising

We may display advertisements served by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdSense. Advertising partners may use cookies (including the Google advertising cookie) to show ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Ads never have access to the details you enter in the biodata form.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent or share your personal information.
• We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly.
• We do not require accounts, signups or phone verification.
• We do not send marketing emails or messages.

Third-party links

Pages on this site may link to external websites (for example, our social media profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults creating a marriage biodata. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
